I needed Team Electric, Plumbing & Air to help me work on a faucet that was having trouble. They were supposed to replace a cartridge in a four-year-old faucet The hot water handle was stiff and it was hard to move,so I was able to get a cartridge replacement from them. The staff came in and they were on-time and polite, but all they did was remove the handle. They said that it was rusty inside and that there was no sense in going deeper into working on the cartridge. I was mostly upset because they were very pricey for the service that they did not even fully provide. It was my first time using them, and based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend them, nor would I use them again in the future.
