They Did A Fantastic Job
On the 5th, James S came out for a startup on my furnace. He found the pump was leaking in basement and he also found rust inside the furnace. So he told us Helmi would be out to talk to us the next day. And Helmi was fantastic! He was so professional. Very patient and explained things very well. Also, the installation of the furnace was professional and very clean. I asked the crew to be careful not to scratch my new walls. They did an excellent job.
