Having been around the automobile industry some years back, I appreciate when it's OBVIOUS that folks doing a job, give a darn about what they do. Overcoming the atypical stumbling blocks that arose from MY repair, seemed to be in their stride. It wasn't about "problems".. it was about "solutions". Mssr.
