Very organized and easy until they start the repairs, then they need better communcation.
I loved my experience with being seen by adjuster, getting the estimate and dropping off the car/receiving rental. However, there is room for improvement when it comes to communicating with customer and Insurance Agency with regards to the length of time the repairs are actually taking.
