I feel pretty lukewarm about Public Storage's indifferent and generally unhelpful staff (at least at the West Seattle location) who I feel try to hit your wallet as hard as possible with unnecessary add-ons, but the truth is, for the informed customer Public Storage is a very economical and extremely reliable storage option in the Seattle area. There's about five locations, the rates beat anything else out there, and the access is better than other lots too.
