Pacific Rim has been my choice for auto repair for at least 15 years – maybe more. They do great work at a fair price and are just plain nice folks. We have never had any problems.

We can applaud when someone does a great job. But everyone makes a mistake – doctor, lawyer, electrician, database programmer. It’s how that business or person reacts to that mistake that is crucial.

Without going into details, we had a 30,000 mile service done to our Subaru just before a long road trip. We were in the southern Wyoming when the car broke down. We got the car into a Subaru dealership where it was diagnosed as having resulted from a mistake in the 30,000 mile servicing.

I was prepared to go into protracted argument about whose fault it was and who would have to pay. But we had the car back and ready to go within a couple of days and the Subaru dealer said that Pacific Rim had been one of best automotive services he had ever worked with in terms of recognizing fault and “making it good”!

It’s how a person/business makes things right that makes the difference! I thank them so much for their great service in the past and then making sure we got back on the road as quickly as possible when a problem arose. I would recommend Pacific Rim without qualification to anyone! I look forward to working with them for years into the future.
