We shopped around and got several quotes and designs for an in ground pool. While I would advise you to do the same, we did learn that there is not much separation between contractors in the area, and it really came down to who understood what we were after the most and who was the most pleasant/responsive to work with. (Bonus points for the office being close to the house, we like to keep our money in the neighborhood, all things being about equal). Roy, our designer has really gone out of his way to provide fast, effective communication through our multiple changes in design before finding something we really love. They helped get us through the HOA process and even recommended some awesome lenders to work with we might not have found otherwise. Bobby our superintendent has done a great job of making sure we understand what's going on, and has effectively resolved the very few issues/concerns we had during construction. While I would have liked there to be no issues, I never lost confidence that cody pools would make everything right.
