Worked with Charles Pettigrew. Besides being just a really nice guy, Charles is very professional and pleasant to work with. Charles was always responsive to all my questions and went above and beyond my expectations during my pool reno. Before the reno, I collected 3 quotes from 3 different companies. As soon as I met, and discussed the procedure, with Charles I knew that I wanted to work with him, even though his was not the least expensive quote. I certainly did not mind the idea of paying a little more for what I felt would be the best job and comfortable process. I was not disappointed. Charles and his team completed the job within the specified schedule (even though I expected setbacks due to all the rain). There is no question in my mind on who I will be recommending to anyone that brings up the subject of any pool related work. Thank you!
