Pool Construction Good - Warranty Support Awful
Had a pool completed in June of 2021. Overall happy with the pool. However, submitted a warranty request in March of 2022. They committed to come out and take a look. +30 days later they still haven't come out and are now claiming, based upon pictures I sent, that they will not cover it. Terrible post-installation customer service!
