Brice and Cody Pools are the ultimate professionals, in every aspect. That's why I've referred him/them to my daughter and 1 other friend. Brice is meticulous in detail, scope, and better yet, he does some "thinking" on behalf of those who don't/can't see the big picture (but wish they did). That means, Brice makes "time-tested" suggestions for those who can't think out of the box. This means when you fill your pool for the 1st time, you won't have any regrets that you should have done this or that. No 2nd guessing. Brice's virtual renderings are spot on plus he's more than willing to go back to the drawing table for multiple redos. That's important. I was put off with 2 of San Antonio's other "big name" pool companies because they were more interested in making the contract/experience "transactional" rather than "relational." In the long run, this means Brice won't forget you or overlook any issues, years after you've used the hot tub for the first time. Great job Brice....simply great.
