Took over 8 months to complete the “45-90” day build. We had to fire a supervisor along the way, over a month with zero work done. Tried to pass it off as issues with city of Austin but was poor management by the supervisor. Shorty work redone several times. Wouldn’t return calls, texts, or emails. Withheld last payment until all work was done and discussed some sort of reimbursement due to poor work and extremely bad customer service. Owner and CFO told us they’d already lost money on the project and would turn us over to collections if we didn’t pay. As business owners and leaders in our industries, we would never treat customers this way. Cody Pools should be ashamed of their practices. We withheld any reviews until now hoping they would make it right.
