Choosing this company was one of the worst mistakes on my life. Our pool costed 80k and it is still not finished. We got 4 quotes and Cody was the most expensive. However we went with the company with the best reviews. I didn't know they pay people for good reviews. It will probably take at least 6 months and it is a basic pool. However they still have their trash box here which has caused a rat problem with us and all my neighbors. Oh by the way, they pay you for a good review. A good review will get you pool furniture. I don't care about that. I care about the truth and sharing my experience. The sales person Zach is no longer in contact with us. He made the sale and now he is gone. The superintendent Mike told us we are out of the way so he doesn't check on us. We are in Hutto but all his jobs are in dripping springs. Also the superintendent has not had any contact with me. He will only talk and email my husband. All my neighbors are talking and they would never use this company. All I want is my yard back. I wish I never made this decision to get a pool.
