We looked at three pool companies before choosing Cody. A big factor in our decision was that Cody were using all the best equipment in the industry and were extremely knowledgeable on all the different options providing sound advice. Mike L, our designer, measured our yard, took our inputs, and came back with an awesome design that fitted perfectly around trees and other obstacles in our yard. He then worked with us on any changes to get exactly what we wanted. He even went as far as to include possible future enhancements to the patio area in the 3D rendering so we could see what the final design would look like. With Cody you never deal with a purely 'sales' person. You work directly with the designer on every aspect and it was an absolute pleasure to work with Mike.
When it came to construction we had a kick off meeting at our house with Mike, Andrew (our Project Manager) and others involved in the construction process. They marked out the pool on the yard so we could see the layout before construction started. Aside from being a great to work with, Andrew was totally on top of everything. He had the different teams lined up back to back and the construction went faster than I could ever have imagined. We had a slight pause awaiting the decking team but even despite that it was still complete in six weeks. He told us we would be swimming Memorial day weekend and he was spot on.
The construction crews were outstanding and the attention to detail was excellent. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately by Andrew. A construction project like building a pool is not the most pleasant thing you can do but having a highly professional team can make it so much easier.
Even after completing the pool, Cody have been exceptional at responding to any questions and taking care of our needs. I cannot speak highly enough about the company and the people on our team that made this a great experience and left us with an awesome pool to enjoy for years to come.
And no, I am not getting paid for this review. This is my honest opinion and I am an engineer so I can be a bit picky on stuff like this.
