The process from beginning to end was great. Mr. Reed Goetz came in and heard us out on our plans and vision. He took time to suggest better options and explained why. He was very patient with us through our many changes in design and accommodated us a lot. His interactions with the Home Association too was very good. They called me back separately complimenting him. As the work began Mr. Bobby Lorance was a pleasure too to work with. He explained every step of the job in terms of what to expect and how long it would take. He never missed the schedule. Any adjustments that needed to be done was done right away. He finished before the deadline. The pool school was done by Al very detailed and informative. He did all the adjustments to the equipment and explained why it was the best option.
Overall, it was a very good team of folks who helped us get our pool in place. A pool that our kids love a lot.
