One way you know you’ve picked a good company is by how well they perform when things start to go a little south. I’m giving 3 stars on Total Experience because we had problems, most of which were out of Cody’s control.

Material problems, weather delays... the details aren’t that important. However on top of that we also lost our construction supervisor mid project due to illness. “Stuff happens” as they say what’s important is that Cody took care of us and made things right.

My Designer, Mike Snyder really went above and beyond the call of duty! He was with us until project completion. He even stepped in for a few days as construction supervisor until our new guy was on the job. Mike even was answering my texts while he was in Europe! Super nice guy, I highly recommend him!

Art Norrie came in as our new construction supervisor. Our project was stalled due to the problems mentioned. I gotta tell you he was fantastic! From day one, he was getting things back on track and literally was in our backyard everyday. His attention to detail and responsiveness were absolutely 110% Two weeks later our pool was finished!
Good, experienced people can light fires and make things happen when Murphy shows up. I’m glad we chose Cody pools!
