He did not push a pool on us, but explained different options to fit our budget, which we totally appreciated. He saw the entire design process through in a very timely manner so that we could get started quickly once we made our decision to go forward with a pool.

Severo, our construction superintendent, took over after the design process. He was very quick to respond to all of our questions and just very easy to work with. He ensured that the construction schedule moved along in a timely manner as we were impressed with how quickly the pool was sustantially complete.

Our service technicians Jon and Andy completed the process by starting up our pool and teaching us how to take care of it. They were professional and knowledgeable about our pool equipment.
