Last year we began our search for a pool company. We called several contractors and got a few bids. Most of the pool companies in our area seemed to offer the same basic design and run of the mill type of pool. One major issue we had with other pool companies was the lack of willingness to warranty the deck around the pool. Cody is the only company that offers a warranty on the deck. A friend in Austin recommended Cody Pools, so we stopped by their design center on Katy freeway and met our designer, Ethan Newton. I cannot say enough about the design Ethan put together for us. He was able to capture our ideas and design the most amazing pool and spa that worked well in our budget. He educated us on types of pebble sheen , decking material and the equipment. He made sure to offer us all the rebates and specials to put together an amazing package. Ethan was especially patient during the process of choosing the tile and coping and helping to achieve my dream of a Tuscany type pool and spa with beautiful water falls. Cody pools went above and beyond our expectations not only on the design, but the implementation as well.
There were no unexpected surprises. Once Ethan turned our project over to the superintendent of construction Bobby Lorrance, the process continued to be smooth sailing. We saw Ethan's design take shape just as it had in the design center. Bobby is engaging and answered any questions we had during the process. Bobby kept the pool on track within a week or two of the estimated finish date. (rain delayed for a week) I was equally impressed with the sub contractors Cody Pools sent to our home. Every sub contractor we engaged had the highest regard for Cody. That's impressive! I give Cody a 5 star rating!! Thank you Cody Pools, it has been one year this month since the start up of our pool and I have no regrets.
