We actually chose Cody Pools because of the reviews. Most of the process was actually good, but when the pool was finished we noticed multiple problems. There were paw prints on the deck (???), there were also circular marks from their equipment. Our waterfall has cement showing and it's messy. We actually had a rock from the waterfall fall into the pool. We were fortunate no one was injured. We had the in floor cleaning system installed. It is NOT worth the money. Cody Pools tried to fix some of these, but some were too hard to fix. They gave us a remote system to control pool features (Free, although we were mislead on that and thought we were getting it from the beginning). The remote system worked for 6 months, then quit working. All in all we are extremely disappointed in our pool. We spent almost $100,000.00. It's sad the service we got. I guess we didn't spend enough, but it was a lot for us.
