We were told that putting in a pool could be quite the nightmare based on word of mouth and friend's personal experiences. That was not our experience with Cody Pools. I felt like Charles really listened to me and keyed in on what I really wanted in a pool. There was good communication from beginning to end. Every step was explained before it took place and the project was finished in it's projected timeline. We love our pool, and highly recommend Cody Pools!!
