We researched many pool builders before deciding on Cody Pools. After talking with 10+ builders we kept going back to Cody Pools. The end result for us came down to quality and reputation in the Industry and most importantly the interaction we had with the Sales Rep. Cody was not the cheapest or most expensive but from the 1st time we met with Chris Heinz he made us feel like we were always a priority and was never a "Pushy Salesman". It felt like we were talking to a good friend who was going to build us a pool.

Once we signed the contract the personal touch did not stop. Chris and our Builder Superintendent Bobby were awesome. They answered EVERY tedious question we had. I would text Bobby or call him and he always answered my questions with great detail. I never had to wonder what was happening. Bobby was always on top of things throughout the construction process. He provided accurate timelines and helped manage our expectations on what was happening next. The crews that were subcontracted for various phases were also great. They were professional and I appreciated the quality of work they did and the consciousness effort they made to try and be as neat as possible and kept the piles of debris and trash in one location. Being it was our 1st time building a pool we were very curious and went outside often to observe. The crews were very nice, and sometimes stopped to answer questions or just explain to us what was going on.

This was our 1st time building a pool, and we have heard horror stories before. So we kinda prepared ourselves for a lot of "what if's" which never happened. I would without a doubt recommend Cody Pools to any of my friends and family. Chris Heinz & Bobby are true professionals and we are so grateful we had them.
