The people at Royal Collision I spoke with were very helpful. This happened just before Thanksgiving, so they told me to bring it in after the holidays so I could get it finished in time and the insurance would cover the rental car for as long as I needed. I dropped off my vehicle at the shop and the insurance sent a car to pick me up. The next day, Royal Collision called me back to tell me that once they looked in to it, they discovered there was some additional work needed. They talked to my insurance about it and let me know there might be a possible delay to the repairs. When I stopped by on Wednesday, they had already got all the parts in and they were working on my car. They gave me a tour of the inside of their shop, and it was a very well-laid-out shop in terms of getting things accomplished and getting things done the right way the first time.

On Thursday, he called me up within 30 minutes of when he said he was going to and let me know the repairs were complete. When he told me how much it was, I was surprised to learn that it was even lower than expected because he had arranged everything with the insurance to pay them for the parts directly. They had also fixed and touched up a few extra things for me. When I went inside the vehicle, they had cleaned everything so thoroughly it looked like it had been detailed. It looked brand new! Royal Collision really went above and beyond for me.
