They were excellent in every way. From the moment I contacted Royal Collision, they were wonderfully helpful with the insurance adjusters and flexible about the timing on dropping off the car. They were understanding about receiving the insurance money, reassuring me that it would arrive eventually. Royal Collision hooked us up with a local car rental service and then got our car finished in a timely fashion so we didn't have to keep the rental over the weekend. Plus, the car looks great! I used Royal Collision once before about nine years ago and am happy I could use them again. Their craftsmanship is excellent! Five stars for Royal Collision!
