I was so pleased with Royal Collision that I made a cake and brought it to them! They were just wonderful. I was in a bad collision with my new car, which was my first accident. It was really bashed in and it was awful. They were very compassionate and took care of everything. They are just such good people there. They did an initial estimate and gave it to the insurance company. The insurance sent an appraiser to come here and take a look. He disagreed with their estimate. So I called them because the car looked pretty bad. They told me not to worry about it, that they would make sure to get another appraisal that would be more accommodating. Everything was amazing. They are just really, really good people with a conscience. I really like them and would recommend them highly to everyone. They totally restored my faith in humanity.
