Charged twice as much as other companies

First off they tried to sell me a new furnaces, instead of diagnosis the problem with the one i have one week before Christmas. I got second opinion which took 5min .it saved me 300.00 dollars. And gave me peace of mind that my furnaces was safe to use no cracked heat exchanger. They implied my furnaces was dangerous and i need new one.
