I had a furnace/AC system installed in my mobile home in 2010 and I live in a rural area and every winter the electric goes out for hours at a time. When this happens the heaters limit switch opens and when it the electric is turned back on the blower works with no heat. I am disabled and my brother couldn't get it to work so I called the emergency answering service and a technician called back and was able to talk to my brother & resolve the issue. It is a cold Sunday evening here and electric was off several hours so very grateful in their guidance and heat working now,
