On March 23rd I called for plumbing service related to sewer backup. No one asked if I was on a septic system. Plumber was supposed to be out mid-morning. Unfortunately Dan Nelson did not arrive until 3 pm. He said you didn't tell me you lived in the country. I said that "no one asked". He said I'm going to tell you to pump the septic tank, charge you $59 for the call, and may have to come back, less the call charge. I then arranged to pump septi and they finished at 6:55 pm. When I call back, it was "after hours fees"! Urgh! I opted to call at 8:01 the next day. Again, dispatcher said a mid-morning Svc call. By 1:30 pm I calll again. They had "lost me in the queue"! Talked with Mike, GM. He said they would make it right. Todd G. arrived about 5 pm. He apologized and promised to take care of things. Todd recognized me and again said he would take good care of things. Todd did a great job, cleaned up the mess he had to make, and was very thorough Ian's efficient in his work. I will ask for Todd G. next time. Between Mike and Todd, they did make things right! Btw- I called back on Wednesday and left a "thank you" message for Mike.
