Dream Kitchens helped us design several areas in our house. The designer, Audrey, was very pleasant and a great adviser. Their staff overall seemed to be interested in pleasing the customer, rather than asking for more money. When someone wants a modern, contemporary design for their kitchen, they will encourage the latest and lovely designs to satisfy their choices. The staff provides accommodating ideas and they ask key questions in advance to better assist with finding solutions. For example, they will tell you to think of specific products, such as marble vs. granite. They are very thorough when it comes to talking about the pros and cons or the positives and negatives of various choices. The owner of Dream Kitchens is very nice too. We personally didn't work with him very much, but he still made it a very positive experience to use their service.
Another thing my husband and I would like to point out is that Dream Kitchens does not work with just kitchens. In fact, they primary helped us gut out our large master bathroom and remodel it. They have also helped us design our powder room, kitchen, living room and our fireplace. Our fireplace was especially a good project because it was a more traditional design when we first bought our house. We wanted to to look more modern, so Dream Kitchens provided us a variety of choices to change it. It turned out great after they changed it. Overall, they are a wonderful business that we will use again and again.
