We used Bedrock Pools (Greg M) and had one of the worst experiences of our life. The project started out ok, but after Gunnite was in, we couldn't get him to come back and finish the product. He had 85% of the draws (payment) through the gunnite phase, so he didn't care to come back and finish. I can't even tell you the stress that comes knowing you've paid someone too much on the front end and they won't cone back to finish or even return calls or text messages to tell you what's going. After about 8 months, we finally got a hold of him and got him to come back and finish. But the worst part is that the "zoo goo" product that he uses doesn't hold up. It fades and starts looking like crap within a year. The finish resin product started wearing off within a year and the "warranty" provided by Bedrock was nothing more than Greg telling me to spend my own time and money in an effort to apply a sealant product to help protect it, which ultimately didn't work either.

This was just a bad experience and I have never heard good things from any owner that has had his Bedrock pool for more than 2-3 years. Do yourself a favor and use a company that has a physical office location and doesn't operate out of the trunk of his car.
