Let me start off by saying, I originally had a heating system installed in my home that was a problem from the beginning. Over the past five years, I tried just about every heating company in the area to come in and fix the many problems. Not one wanted to rise to the challenge for a variety of reasons. The system finally failed and finding someone to install a new system was challenging. I consider myself very lucky to have found Mike Natalino and Alpine Heating and Cooling! When Mike came out to look at the job I could see his hesitation but could also see that he saw my desperate situation. He gave me a quote, despite the potential for unknown problems. He stood by and waited patiently while I obtained the funding, helped me with paperwork and came in and did the job. Mike and his crew: Dale, Ron, and Larry are like no other, not only were they very prompt each day, they were polite, professional and meticulous! My heating system is finally what it should be and my family is so grateful for the wonderful warm home we now have. The new system is neat and orderly and shows true pride of workmanship.
