Friendly Service Consultant greeted me when I drove in, listened as I explained a problem with the brake light coming on all the time. Had previously taken car to the dealer and they really weren't interested in fixing the problem - told me to come back if it got worse. Star Auto found the problem right away - brake fluid was a little low. The car was also in for an oil change and they showed me that the air filter was pretty dirty, so I had them change that as well. The customer lounge offered cookies and coffee, internet - I certainly didn't mind waiting for the work to be done. Very positive experience.
