I'm 62 years old and have lived in my family house for 50 years and had a horrible smell appear a day ago which had never occurred before. The two gentleman who arrived knew exactly where to look and carefully traced it down within hours giving me time to make it to my evening meal. The source of the bad odor that they found were two dead rodents between the floor of my upstairs and ceiling of my downstairs. I don't know how they were able to pinpoint it so accurately, but they did. From my prospective the smell could have come from anywhere in the house. I greatly appreciate their expertise and professionalism and highly recommend them. Greg
