I just wanted to emphasize all the staff from Dents Unlimited, especially Marc LaFerriere for making this situation of fixing the hail damage on my brand new car I leased just four months ago, an easy and efficient ordeal for me. I am from California (the state) so I never experienced hail damage on my car before which was overwhelming for me until your business put me at ease and helped me to feel less stressed about the process of fixing my car. I also just want to emphasize that everyone that I encountered at this business, again especially Marc LaFerriere, was so very kind and respectful to me, which makes a huge difference when you deal with customers, who most are upset or distressed about their vehicle being damaged in one way or another. So I just wanted to send a big THANK YOU to everyone at Dents Unlimited for helping me feel more at ease, the efficient job you did on my car and for all the help you did on making this an easy situation that I had to encounter.
