Took my 04 Grand Prix after someone rear-ended me. The work was completed in a timely manner. Upon first receiving my vehicle, the paint was slightly discolored from the original and the owner took it upon him to see that I was satisfied. His customer service was exceptional, in that instead of going through the hassle of getting another rental vehicle, he allowed me to use the company truck while my bumper was being re-painted. Upon receiving my car the second time, the paint looked pristine! (despite the difficulties they were having) They went over and above my expectations by restoring my headlights as 'compensation' for the trouble. Overall, a very good experience. RECOMMENDED
