NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!! NEITHER SERVICE OR RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAIN
Our master bedroom has a closet with 3 doors that run on the metal rail. Carpet in the closet and in the bedroom itself was installed as two separate pieces. From the closet side and from the bedroom side the carpet was put under the rail. The same day as it was installed the carpet from both sides bunched up from the rail installation. I called the store and in a few days they sent me the same crue over to my place to fix the problem. The crue came in, tried to fix it. It's got better but not completely fixed. When I pointed into this fact they told me that it was the same with my old carpet. What a bunch of liars! No wonder your last customer review is two years old! Since that time you didn't have any good review!
I've just called the Bellevue store manager (Betsy) again to let her know what has just happened and how disappointed I am. I am so sorry that I ordered my new carpet and installation from CarpetToGo! I wish I didn't do this! But I am not going to give up! It's either they will fix it completely or return my money. Or I will take them to court! Shame on you CarpetToGo for such a poor job! I will check if you put my review into your web. site. I you don't just trust me I will put it in a few other places! This is how angry and disappointed I am!
