Throughout the entire inspection process, Jeff was very patient with questions and kind in not pointing out my ignorance on certain household systems. He explained many things in plain language to help me understand the entire process. I trust Jeff's knowledge and have referred him to several friends over the years and feel it was an honor to work with him on a potential purchase. Because of things identified in the inspection, we have passed on that particular home but will absolutely call him with the next prospect to do the inspection.
