I like the way they perform their service
I like that Paul Flaherty's people don't leave a mess and the house is clean when I come home. I've been doing business with them for three or four years and think they are trustworthy. They always come when they say will--on time.
They drained the water in my house when we went away for the winter, and before we came home they let me know my water heater was leaking. They replaced it before we came home, and everything is fine
