Paul Flaherty Plumbing & Heating was extremely prompt, gave me appropriate options, and helped me make the best choice. They came because there was an issue with the washing machine that needed a hot/cold valve put in. I liked their prompt reply in coming to take care of the problem as well as their fee for it, which was very reasonable for what they had done. I will use them as our plumber for our house going forward. There is nobody else I would need to rely on. I was very appreciative of their service.

Everyone from the company was fabulous. The gentleman who came was extremely professional, and the dispatch/phone representative seemed very knowledgeable. When the gentleman who fixed the problem he got to the house, he had parts for the various options and there was nothing they had to run out and get. I had a new washing machine en route when they found the problem on the old one, and I wouldn't have been able to hook up the new washing machine if they hadn't come to do what they did.
