Paul Flaherty Plumbing & Heating replaced a rod in the hot water heater when they could have just told me you need a hot water heater. They were honest. Josh the serviceman was timely, polite, professional and I couldn't say enough about him. He was just fabulous. He had to order the rod and come back another day--and he kept us informed the entire time. That kid showed up in a blizzard to replace the rod on the day he said he would. Everything turned out absolutely perfect. He cleaned up after himself and nothing was out of place. They are very reasonable and I did not get charged for the second service call.

It is a fabulous company and I recommend them without hesitation. They are just great.
