We had a water leak in the downstrairs unit of a 2-family rental unit we own. Paul Flaherty Plumbing & Heating came to diagnose the problem when my usual plumber couldn't. Nobody could come that day except them. Since I have tenants living there, I had to get service immediately. They have weekend service, which is great because if you have en emergency you can count on them. They had to replace the toilet in the upstairs unit, and it was great to have someone who was very thorough and did it all since we live an hour and a half away from the property. While they were investigating, they said to keep and eye on the hot water heater. Sure enough, a week later it went out. They came back and took care of it all again. It was great to have a company that knew what they were doing and were available to come out right away. Both the new toilet and new hot water heater were both great quality products. It is nice to have a plumbing place that is legitimate and responsive and can take care of problems and you don't have to be there.
