My RV experienced low power and check engine light. I took it to NBTC who was able to get it in right away. It did take several weeks but after a lot of troubleshooting they found multiple problems including a cracked turbocharger (even sent a confirmation photo of the cracked turbo).
NBTC gave me a written estimate for the repairs (which repairs took much longer than estimated but they honored the price given).
Had a couple bumps in communications but they rectified that by cost reduction and even washed the RV (did a great job of that too).
As a long time RV owner I am pleased with service, communication and professionalism I received. As in any business the true colors arise when there is an issue and they handled that very well.
