Just moved to the area and randomly called NBTC and talked to Juan (great guy!). I have a 2002 Silverado 2500 HD with a Duramax. Was informed previously that we had a major engine issue and wanted it confirmed. They did a complete diagnostic, found the symptom that turned out not to be a major issue and only need a $100 part. That level of honesty and integrity is difficult to find these days. We will continue to use NBTC for all of our diesel issues. Thanks Juan!
