Matt 's Review
Cards on the table
After career in the automotive/Truck repair industry, owning my own shop and growing up in this industry as my dad started in this trade in 1946. This trade will through you a curve ball every so often that defies logic. The difference in shops repairing or just throwing parts at a problem is knowing and understanding the operation and working through the diagnostic phase and prove the failure. Then there are times it defies logic why something doesn’t operate as designed and then you go back to basics and start over. I have to say that NBTC gets it. I highly recommend them as a repair center for your equipment as Jim not only understands the operation but actually listens to the customers issues., which with that experience can lead a technician in the logical direction for repairs that ends up in a successful repair, bang for your buck and a happy customer.
