We've been doing business with North Bay Truck Center for quite awhile now and although we will continue to use them because of their convenient location, I haven't been overly satisfied with their customer service. They have really high prices and on multiple occasions have charged us without fully tending to the issues that we sent the truck in for. However, they are friendly and professional throughout the whole process, we can usually figure out what happened and get things repaired afterward. Overall they could be better but I trust them enough to continue to use them in the future.
