In terms of their communication, North Bay Truck Center in Vacaville is really good because they will thoroughly explain whats going on with the vehicle. However, my whole experience with them has been a little mixed in terms of their service. They have given me some different responses on what to do with my vehicle, like flopping on how often I should be changing my oil. I've read some other reviews that expressed some trust issues with their service as well. I've had my own doubts about what they say because of their switch in responses and feedback. I also had some problems since two of my truck's indicating lights are on and they haven't been able to fix the issue. They bought a new piece I needed but it ended up not being the correct one, leaving the problem unresolved. However, in terms of their oil changes, they are a very competent service, and Jim and everyone there is super friendly as well. So for oil changes, they're great, but for bigger jobs we have started going to the North Bay Truck Center in Sacramento, rather than Vacaville. Again, they're super nice people and are spot on with oil changes, but it's just some bigger repairs than I'm not as satisfied with.
