We needed an honest evaluation on how a true steam humidifier was installed.
Finding a blog on the internet from Gary’s AC on how to correctly install the humidifier we compared how ours was installed. With many emails going back and forth with pictures to Gary who contacted the manufacture of our unit emailed us with the proper way to install the unit, just like Gary had on his Blog.

We were able to present this information to our builder who intern had his AC company reinstall the unit. If this was left the way they had installed it, we would have had major damage to our furnace.
We live out of State and Gary took the time to get information for us sending us emails.
Great service, our only regret is that he does not live in Meridian, Idaho. We would use him for servicing knowing he is honest.
