I had a sequencer fail on my heater on a Friday night and I limped through to Saturday morning. I called Alpine and asked if they carried the part. They were very friendly and told me that they did have the part. They also verified that it was most likely the issue. I drove down there and bought the part even though they were technically closed. I highly recommend this company for any heating or cooling issues. Very knowledgeable, very professional and great prices!
