Dorchester Tire always provides great service-no matter what the need may be. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and competitively priced. Although they do not make appointments, their first come first serve system works well and they are always honest and upfront about the wait time. In particular, Michael Head was fantastic when getting a new winter wheel/tire set up for my vehicle. There was an issue with the sensor not working and he went way above and beyond to try and resolve. Ultimately it was a dealer issue, but Michael earned a life long customer!
