I was met at the front desk by Mike, who was professional and courteous. He actually called one of the bigshots who runs the business over to talk to me. His name was Gary. He didn't act like a bigshot though. He acted like I'd known him for years and actually took me back into the garage with Chris so they could explain the situation with my truck in detail, showing me the problem with the affected tire and how this one was different from the other, "healthy," tires. Chris did the demonstration and, I've got to say, he's like a tire GENIUS! They proposed a solution for the problem and it was fixed within the very same day. I couldn't be more pleased with the result and now I'm back on the road!!!
