I wish I could give zero stars to the manager Paul,

I called to get a quote and explore what needed to happen to get our carpets replaced. It took a couple days for them to get back to me and when they did I was sluffed off. When I was trying to get more information from them they emailed me saying they would pass on our business. I was confused and called the manager to see why I was getting turned down before even starting the process and it turns out the sales person was the Manager too!

He was extremely rude even when I was trying to explain the miscommunication.

I am glad I found this out before we hired them imagine if we ran into trouble mid way and this is how they deal with it!
