Sales - Robert Thompson was professional, helpful and he really seemed to appreciated that choosing new flooring was a complex decision. I found Robert's sale approach to be friendly and very patient. He returned phone calls, was available as discussed and did everything in his power to make going with Deerfoot a positive experience - and it was.
I had concerns with an "Installation Checklist" document I was required to sign. I did not agree with the Health and Safety Requirements identified as a purchaser responsibility. Robert listened to my concerns, voided the signed document and returned it to me.

Service - Deerfoot reception was consistently helpful and knowledgeable and did not leave it to "I'll have Robert call you back" On a comparative level this was excellent service. Robert readily provided me with advice and numerous samples to ensure I had the selection and quantity of samples from which to make a sound product and color choice. I asked Robert about a specific product I had not viewed at Deerfoot and he immediately responded and brought in some similar product which I inevitably purchased.

Price - On my comparative basis Deerfoot offered the best product and price. The sales service and installation was a bonus.

Estimate/Installation - Robert did a very professional job of setting up and scheduling the estimate and installation meetings. Ilker called ahead before arriving to do the estimate. He was professional and very helpful. As mine was an older home Reno I found Ilker's suggestions very helpful. He told me what to expect relative to the need for a sub floor and how to prepare my home for the installation. For the installation Ilker and his assistant Doug were friendly, tidy, explained the installation decisions based on the unique challenges my home presented and the best way to remedy them. They completed the job in the time advised and left the work area clean and tidy. They both did an amazing job of installing the flooring - it is a beautiful job. The baseboard and carpet removal went smoothly and the clean up and replacement was very well done.
